Our heart is to help our young girls and ladies know that they can be ambitious and creative. We want to help them use their skills and talents that they possess and make a difference in their lives and community. 

Our mission at OCI is to work together with our volunteers and students to bring out the best in them socially, emotionally, spiritually and physically.
